no adverts, and no "premium" version. Nothing is locked.
Does it need the internet?
No. It never connects to anything. It works in aeroplane mode, on a
device with no SIM, and in a school hall with no signal.
How do I change the school year, or the timer?
Press and hold the Grown-ups button on the home screen
for about three seconds. School year, whether practice is timed, the
countdown, sounds, vibration,
reminders and profiles all live in there. There is no way for a child to
reach those settings by tapping around.
Can more than one child use it?
Yes. Add a profile for each child in the grown-ups area. Each keeps
entirely separate progress, and there is no screen anywhere that
compares one child with another.
What is the "Year 4 Check"?
A practice run of the Year 4 Multiplication Tables Check: three practice
questions, then 25 scored ones, six seconds each, multiplication only.
It shows a score out of 25 and nothing else — there is no pass mark in
the real check, so the app never suggests one.
How do I reset a child's progress?
Grown-ups area → Profiles → reset. Deleting the app removes everything
permanently.
Where does my child's data go?
Nowhere. It stays on the device. See the
